dc.descriptionPor décadas en nuestro país ha existido un tipo de violencia en torno al género femenino, la cual se ha desarrollado en el contexto de la atención gineco-obstetra, provocando graves vejaciones en sus derechos fundamentales y dejando cicatrices profundas que perduran en el tiempo. Debido a esta problemática, nace la necesidad de incorporar la violencia gineco-obstétrica en nuestra legislación, ya que en la actualidad es un tema que no se encuentra regulado específicamente. Es por ello, que indagaremos en esta problemática, por medio de erigir el concepto de violencia obstétrica, sus manifestaciones, características, enfatizando en las etapas de la vida de la mujer en que tiene lugar esta violencia, procediendo además en analizar las principales garantías constitucionales que son violentadas y los cuerpos normativos que se aplican actualmente para dar soluciones a las víctimas. Finalmente abordaremos el Proyecto de Ley que está en tramitación, para determinar si da solución a las distintas manifestaciones de violencia obstétrica.
dc.descriptionFor decades in our country, there has been a type of violence around the women's gender, which has developed in the context of Gyneco-Obrice's attention that caused serious damage to their fundamental rights and left the deep scars that last in the weather. Due to this problem, the need for the incorporation of Ginner-Obrica's violence is born in our legislation, since it is currently a problem that is not specifically regulated. That is why we will investigate this problem, establishing the concept of obstetric violence, its demonstrations, characteristics, emphasizing in the stages of the lives of women in which this violence occurs, also proceeding to analyze the main constitutional guarantees that are violated and the Regulatory Agencies that are currently applied to give solutions to the victims. Finally, we will analyze the bill that are in process, to determine if it gives a solution to the different manifestations of obstetric violence.
