dc.descriptionEsta actividad de titulación desarrolla una aplicación de software que gestiona la información de actividades de titulación de los alumnos de la carrera de Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión. El proceso se administra a través de dos perfiles de participantes, Alumno y Jefatura de Carrera. Se aplicó el enfoque de BPM para modelar el proceso y se usó el software Bizagi Modeler ™. Los resultados proporcionan el apoyo a la toma de decisiones de la jefatura de carrera de IICG y de los estudiantes que inician actividad de titulación, al orientar la definición de temas y monitorear el grado de avance de las actividades de titulación, permitiendo así, además de indagar respecto a interrogantes tales como: ¿Cuántos alumnos se retrasan en entregar su actividad de titulación?, ¿En qué áreas no se han realizado actividades de titulación?, entre otras preguntas. El prototipo desarrollado podrá ser replicado a otras carreras de la FAE, como también de la Universidad de Tarapacá.
dc.descriptionIn this degree activity, a proposal was made for a prototype of degree activity management software to help manage the study areas of the IICG career. The participants of the process that contains the software were individualized, in students and career management. A BPM software was used to design a way to search and consult topics of degree activities for both students and career management. The results provided support to the decision making process of the IICG's head of studies and the students who begin their degree activities, by guiding the definition of topics and monitoring the degree of progress of the degree activities; thus, in addition to inquiring about questions such as: How many students are late in turning in their degree activities?, In which areas have no degree activities been carried out? Among other questions. The prototype developed can be replicated in other FAE careers, as well as in the University of Tarapacá.
