Pretende-se, com este trabalho, propor a construção coletiva de um plano intervenção no sentido de traçar uma estratégia de acolhimento e capacitar os profissionais de saúde do setor de Emergência do Hospital Regional Professor Agamenon Magalhães, em Serra Talhada, Pernambuco, para a sua implantação. Objetiva-se, dessa forma, melhorar os serviços prestados aos usuários, tomando-se como referência para isso a Política Nacional de Humanização do Sistema Único de Saúde, bem como aprimorar as relações de trabalho. Neste sentido, propõe-se momentos de análise situacional, definição coletiva de metas e realização da capacitação, utilizando os referenciais teóricos da educação em saúde, de forma a alcançar a formação de um Comitê de Acolhimento e a elaboração de um plano que preveja, além da capacitação, a definição de um elenco de ações factíveis de serem implantadas no hospital a curto e médio prazo.It is intended, this work propose the construction of a collective action plan in order to plot a strategy to host and train healthcare professionals in the Emergency Room of the Hospital Regional Teacher Agamemnon Magellan Talhada Sierra, California, for their deployment. Objective is thus improve services to users, taking it as a reference for the National Policy of Humanization of Health System as well as improve working relationships. In this sense, it is proposed moments of situational analysis, collective definition of goals and completion of training, using the theoretical framework of health education in order to achieve the formation of a Committee of Reception and preparation of a plan that provides, in addition to training, the definition of a feasible set of actions to be implemented in the hospital in the short and medium term.
