<p>Este proyecto permitió la puesta en marcha de un agronegocio como modelo productivo en respuesta a la necesidad de empresarización del campo; benefició a los acompañantes del proceso y al emprendedor, aportó al desarrollo agrícola, y a la economía del Municipio de Rovira Tolima. Se elaboró un plan de manejo técnico para la producción de seis ciclos de cilantro con 800 m^²en un sistema de siembra escalonado. En el componente agronómico se realizaron las actividades necesarias para el establecimiento y mantenimiento del cultivo. En los primeros tres ciclos se obtuvo una producción de 1264 kg y un ingreso de $8.018.000; con la proyección de los siguientes tres ciclos se espera alcanzar los 3600 kg y una rentabilidad superior al 30%; junto a la proyección el Valor Actual Neto (TIR) y Valor Presente Neto (VPN) indicaron la viabilidad del proyecto. Los factores más limitantes en la zona para el cultivo fueron los fuertes vientos acompañados de las altas precipitaciones, que promueven ambientes favorables para la macha foliar del cilantro (Alternaria sp), esta fue favorecida además por la afectación ocasionada por el insecto chupador Lorito verde (Empoasca sp).</p>This project allowed the implementation of an agribusiness as a productive model in response to the need for entrepreneurship in the countryside; it benefited those accompanying the process and the entrepreneur, contributed to agricultural development and the economy of the Municipality of Rovira Tolima. A technical management plan was developed to produce six cycles of coriander with 800 m² in a staggered planting system. In the agronomic component, necessary activities for the establishment and maintenance of the crop were carried out. In the first three cycles a production of 1264 kg and an income of $8,018,000 were obtained; with the projection of the following three cycles, it is expected to reach 3600 kg and a profitability of over 30%; along with the projection the Net Present Value (NPV) and Net Present Value (NPV) indicated the viability of the project. The most limiting factors in the area for the crop were the strong winds accompanied by strong rain, which promote favorable environments for coriander leaf spot (Alternaria sp), the crop was also attacked by the affectation caused by the sucking insect Lorito verde (Empoasca sp).
