dc.descriptionEn Colombia se ha observado en las últimas décadas la expansión de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) por todo el territorio, reforzando el papel que estas juegan desde hace un tiempo en la sociedad, funcionando como un motor o factor de cambio en los distintos sectores del país. El sistema educativo no se ha quedado atrás, viéndose en la tarea de encontrar soluciones rápidas y eficientes mediante las TIC, a todas las necesidades que surgen en el desarrollo de sus procesos. Debido a lo anterior, en la presente investigación se desarrolló un software que permite gestionar dos de las actividades docentes en la Universidad San Buenaventura de la Ciudad de Cartagena. Con este sistema se busca optimizar y mejorar la seguridad de los procesos de la gestión académica, condensando en una misma plataforma, actividades que son responsabilidad de los docentes, y permitiéndole acceder de manera más rápida y segura, en un mismo punto de acceso.
dc.descriptionIn Colombia, an expansion of the information and communication technologies (ICTs) has been observed throughout the territory in recent decades, reinforcing the role they have played for some time in society, functioning as an engine or change factor in the different sectors of the country. The educational system has not been left behind, seeing itself in the task of finding fast and efficient solutions through ICT, to all the needs that arise in the development of its processes. Due to the above, the present project developed a software that allows managing a few of the teaching activities at the San Buenaventura University of the City of Cartagena. This system seeks to optimize and improve the security of academic management processes, condensing in a single plataforma, activities that are the responsibility of teachers, allowing faster and safer access, in the same easy access point.
