La búsqueda de la funcionalidad en la predominante tendencia de los espacios reducidos en el hábitat urbano, ha hecho que la mayoría de los productos de uso cotidiano, dentro de los que claramente se encuentra el mobiliario, se distingan mucho más por sus características funcionales, otorgándole así en la mayoría de los casos, su estética final. KIMMA busca ofrecer muebles y accesorios para el hogar diferenciales a partir de la inclusión y la mezcla de materiales de bajo costo, simplificando su estructura formal y cantidad de piezas, reduciendo la cantidad de procesos productivos que conlleva elaborar un producto terminado y así ofrecerle a la población colombiana una opción alternativa de muebles de diseño, con alto contenido estético, pero a su vez con un increíble valor agregado en su funcionalidad.\ Abstract: The search of functionality in the prevailing trend of reduced spaces in the urban habitat areas, has made most everyday products, in which clearly the furniture is, are distinguished more by their functional characteristics, giving in most of the cases, the final aesthetics.
