Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El análisis realizado y la creación de un documento técnico de diagnóstico en el departamento de Risaralda durante la optativa I 2017-2 son la base para el desarrollo del centro técnico vocacional agrícola ubicado en el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal vereda El Manzanillo ya que establece los criterios para justificar el carácter de este equipamiento y su necesidad en el territorio. El lote ubicado en la vereda El Manzanillo es clave teniendo en cuenta la accesibilidad vial, así como factores ambientales y paisajísticos que proveen herramientas para realizar una clara vinculación con la comunidad y su entorno. Finalmente se proyecta la edificación como un ambiente educativo con alto índice de confortabilidad y amplias zonas educativas influyentes en el aprendizaje agrícola del estudiante. Teniendo en cuenta en su estructuración componentes bioclimáticos, arquitectónicos, estructurales, paisajísticos, materialidad, economía, sostenibilidad y dinámicas sociales. Con el fin de generar apropiación e identidad sobre dinámicas sociales y la tradición agrícola que se ha perdido en el territorio y a su vez resaltar esta actividad (Población – Educación - Campo). ABSTRACT: He analysis carried out and the creation of a technical diagnostic document in the department of Risaralda during the optional I 2017-2 are the basis for the development of the agricultural vocational technical center located in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal, El Manzanillo, as it establishes the criteria to justify the character of this equipment and its need in the territory.
