Monografía (Comunicación Social y Periodismo), Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2023.Es bastante complicado y se torna preocupante comprender el uso u manejo que la sociedad actual le da a la información que es producida por los medios de comunicación y posteriormente difundida en sus diferentes formatos; audiovisual, textual o sonoro, pues se ha convertido en una problemática que con el trasegar de los años ha llevado a cuestionar y proponer mucho en ideas, formas y procesos que ayuden a contrarrestar y mitigar los posibles efectos que el mal uso de la información, la desinformación y las noticias falsas generan en la sociedad. Ahora bien; son muchos los casos mediáticos que a diario se ven expuestos en donde a raíz de un hecho noticioso en concreto, logran surgir un millón de interpretaciones acerca de lo acontecido. Interpretaciones dadas en la audiencia y en el receptor, que a la luz de los hechos pueden ser buenas o malas, verídicas o falsas, pero que por múltiples factores; impacto, temporalidad, variabilidad, métodos y difusión; logran generan incertidumbre, ruido y desinformación en el receptor. Entendiéndose desinformación como el concepto más amplio que alude a todo el contenido falso, inexacto o engañoso que es intencionalmente diseñado para algún fin en particular, pues validándose de los datos masivos/mediáticos, se busca de forma premeditada alterar la percepción de grupos de personas, sociedades, o incluso individuos. El propósito de este estudio no es ajeno a la realidad, pues corresponde a un hecho noticioso que por su condición mediática resultó siendo un hecho netamente de opinión, distorsionando de esta manera la realidad y veracidad de la noticia y dejando incertidumbre en la audiencia sobre lo que verdaderamente sucedió. Y es que una situación atípica en un partido de futbol es lo que convoca a este trabajo de investigación donde el objetivo radica en evidenciar en la audiencia la manipulación de la verdad generada en el contenido noticioso emitido por los medios de comunicación, en las redes sociales virtuales, frente al resultado del partido disputado entre Llaneros vs. Unión Magdalena, por el ascenso a la primera categoría del fútbol profesional colombiano, en diciembre del año 2021. Una investigación que se responde a través de un proceso de análisis mixto en donde para la recolección y obtención de datos del diferente contenido noticioso dentro del periodo de tiempo establecido del 4 al 18 de diciembre del 2021, se trabajará bajo una metodología en donde se integren instrumentos, técnicas y herramientas tanto manuales, como digitales, que permitan así un desarrollo óptimo de los procesos para capturar la información necesaria de las diferentes plataformas digitales y así determinar todo tipo de falsedad existente en la creación y publicación de la noticia. Teniendo esto en cuenta, se recomienda que la audiencia realice procesos válidos que conlleven a una buena recepción de la información, su debida manipulación y en su defecto su posible difusión. Se podrían efectuar investigaciones adicionales para identificar otros factores a tener en cuenta a la hora de comprender estos fenómenos que tanto permean a la sociedad.
