Objective. To argue the main foundations to shape an ethics of gender of the recognition of the difference between the narrative and the archetypal perspective. Methodology. The methodology is the Phenomenological Hermeneutics of Paul Ricoeur from his interpretation, articulated with the interpretation of Carl Gustav Jung. Results and conclusions. This type of ethics is constructed from the nesting of the theory of narrative identity proposed by Ricoeur, with the articulation of the identities of men and women from the perspective of Jung’s deep psychology, the ethics of Erich Neumann’s deep psychology, Jean Shinoda Bolen’s archetypal moral, and Axel Honneth and Ricoeur’s ethics of recognition.
