Ilustracionesspa:Este artículo es el resultado de la realización de un estado del arte de los trabajos de grado (en adelante TG) de la Maestría en Intervención en Relaciones Familiares, de la Universidad de Caldas. El objetivo general fue analizar los estudios que han marcado la trayectoria de los procesos investigativos y de intervención en el campo de las relaciones familiares entre los años 2013 y 2020. La metodología implementada fue cualitativa, interpretativa, documental y se aplicaron técnicas como la matriz de registro de información. y entrevista en profundidad para identificar los ejes centrales, elementos comunes, similitudes y diferencias. El análisis de este artículo da cuenta de las posiciones, objetos de conocimiento, ejes temáticos, procesos metodológicos, conclusiones y recomendaciones de los temas abordados en el GT, junto a las voces de los egresados y de los directores. . Los resultados y conclusiones muestran a) las tendencias y avances epistemológicos, teóricos y metodológicos de los estudios de investigación, b) la relación que existe en todos los GT entre los ejes temáticos o problemáticos con las funciones laborales vinculadas a las necesidades institucionales y profesionales de la autores- es ya la pertinencia con semilleros o líneas de investigación a las que pertenecieron y c) la vinculación de los GT con propuestas que luego se desarrollan en las instituciones. Esta última ha sido una oportunidad para seguir desarrollando procesos con el apoyo de los lineamientos de la propuesta de intervención. No sucedió lo mismo con quienes presentaron este trámite únicamente como requisito para obtener el título. The general objective was to analyze the studies that have marked the trajectory of the investigative and intervention processes in the field of family relations between the years 2013 and 2020. The methodology implemented was qualitative, interpretative, documentary and applied techniques such as the registration matrix information and in-depth interview to identify the central axes, common elements, similarities and differences. The analysis of this article accounts for the positions, objects of knowledge, thematic axes, methodological processes, conclusions and recommendations of the topics addressed in the TG, together with the voices of the graduates and the directors. . The results and conclusions show a) the trends and epistemological, theoretical and methodological advances of the research studies, b) the relationship that exists in all the TG between the thematic or problematic axes with the labor functions linked to the institutional and professional needs of the authors-is already the relevance with hotbeds or lines of research to which they belonged and c) the connection of the TG with proposals that are later developed in the institutions. The latter has been an opportunity to continue developing processes with the support of the guidelines of the intervention proposal. The same did not happen with those who presented this process only as a requirement to obtain the title. Finally, and as a closing conclusion, in the development of the article the epistemologies are crossed: systemic, sociocultural constructivism and social constructionism, which respond both to the approaches of the Master's Degree, as well as to the complex socio-family problems that require a work under this form of thought.Introducción / 1.
