The general purpose of this work was to identify what the implications have been in terms of ethics and organizational culture for organizations, due to the crisis caused by the pandemic. Through a search and documentary analysis, several recent studies were found (2020 and 2021, such as: EY Global, LRN Corporation, MIT Sloan Management Review, and International Ethics Standards Board) and of a mixed statistical type, which, approached from the perception and opinion of employees, managers and other stakeholders of various companies around the world, the way in which their organizations have faced the challenges of the pandemic. According to the results found, it is surprising that ethics and organizational culture have played an essential role in the recovery of organizations; Because, not only has confidence in leadership been strengthened, based on strategic organizational communication between senior management and employees, but also the practice of ethical and organizational values has been notorious. In itself, and despite the fact that the results also show the need to strengthen some areas that were negatively impacted by the pandemic, these studies generally conclude that a governance approach based on values, not only builds and sustains the organizational culture that is also correlated with a more effective performance based on the observance of ethics for those committed to values and performance based on principles, by internalizing the lessons learned and incorporating them for the future.
