dc.descriptionSe formuló una estrategia medioambiental para gestionar aspectos e impactos ambientales relacionados al Contac Center de una organización bancaria en Colombia, para ello; se realizó una investigación descriptiva en donde se generó una estrategia encaminada a la prevención de la contaminación, la protección del medioambiente y el cumplimiento de la normatividad legal ambiental. A su vez; bajo un enfoque cualitativo con estudio de caso, se caracterizó el proceso de atención al cliente y se identificaron los aspectos ambientales generados por el proceso. Como resultado, se identificó que los impactos ambientales generados por el proceso no tienen una significancia alta en términos de afectación a los diferentes componentes medioambientales; siendo la optimización del uso eficiente del recurso energético y del recurso hídrico la estrategia ambiental que requiere el proceso para la reducción de costos de operatividad, y a su vez, la contribución a la mitigación del impacto al medio ambiente; formulándose mecanismos de seguimiento y medición los cuales permitirán, evaluar la eficacia, el cumplimiento y la cobertura de las estrategias a implementar.
dc.descriptionAn environmental strategy was formulated to manage environmental aspects and impacts related to a contact center of a banking organization in Colombia, for this, through a descriptive investigation where a strategy is formulated aimed at the prevention of contamination, the protection environment and compliance with environmental legal regulations, in turn; Under a qualitative approach with a case study, the customer service process was characterized and the environmental aspects generated by the process were identified. As results, it was identified that the environmental impacts generated by the process do not have a high significance in terms of affectation to the different environmental components; Being the optimization of the efficient use of the energy resource and the water resource the environmental strategy that the process requires for the reduction of operating costs and therefore the mitigation of impacts to the environment, formulating monitoring and measurement mechanisms that allow evaluating the effectiveness, compliance and coverage of the strategies to be implemented.
