Abstract

With the massive use of TIC due to the pandemic, as an accessibility tool for all regions and communities; they are designed and developed in conjunction with the Meta Management of the Comptroller's Office, Diplomas in training of citizens and young overseers of Schools in the Orinoquia region; In this framework, the social appropriation project is proposed, which seeks to determine the most effective tools and methodologies for the training of citizens. The culmination of the training of the diploma course was achieved for 68 citizens and 400 young people from public institutions in the region under the synchronous face-to-face methodology, where they receive disciplinary guidance and carry out independent work activities generating educational capsules (audiovisual mterial).
