Resumen
During the process of implementing management systems, a series of inconveniences arise that may affect the normal development of the process. The phases for the implementation of a management system include the setting of objectives, the estimation of deadlines, the definition of resources and personnel, the evaluation of current productivity. (González 2022).
The implementation process of the SG demands an understanding of the requirements of the standard and an analysis of the situation of the organization; It is essential to get the workforce to participate in the changes that need to be introduced in order to bring this activity to a successful conclusion. (Leon 2019)
According to NC ISO 9000:2015, an EMS is most effective when all employees understand and apply the skills, training, education and experiences necessary to perform their roles and responsibilities. (Alvarez Guerra, 2017)
Among the main problems that organizations encounter to implement these Management Systems, there are several factors related to awareness and knowledge problems, including the lack of dedication and time on the part of personnel with knowledge and responsibility to adequately develop the documentary support of the system, in addition to poorly explained procedures, inadequate formats to record the necessary information, lack of leadership, lack of knowledge of the systems, lack of high-level and comprehensive training of Quality Managers, the lack of knowledge of the importance of having a quality management system and its benefits from the systemic approach, resistance to change, failure in the management methodology of the organizational change process that implies the development and implementation of a system of management that deals with changes in habits, recipes, attitudes, redefinitions of positions, learning and unlearning; the lack of interest and resistance on the part of the Management for the staff to actively participate in the project.
