Abstract

This document seeks to develop a proposal for the creation of a general association of Ana apple producers in the municipality of Tibaná, Boyacá, proposing a solution to the existing problem regarding the low bargaining power they have, as has been exposed in various forums. rural development, together with a reduced profitability of their crops as there is no standardization of the sale price, which leads to low profitability, caused by the excess of intermediaries and the way in which the supply chain is structured In addition to this, it seeks to simplify the current supply chain model for this product, in which the action of intermediary links is reduced, and the producer is promoted as the central axis of the chain. The survey proposed under convenience sampling is taken as a method of collecting information, directed at the main links in the supply chain, focusing specifically on producers and distributors, gathering evidence and photographic documentation that act as support and basis to substantiate the investigation. In order to structure the theoretical framework of the project, use is made of databases and other information tools of the mayor's office of the municipality of Tibaná, and articles and/or documents that serve as a guide regarding the area to be investigated in particular.
