Abstract

Having the need to develop an improvement contribution for the development of labor practices as an operational assistant in Transcointer SAS, it was decided to make an analysis in order to identify the deficiencies in coordination during the logistics process conducted by the company in the development of export and import operations, with the objective of materializing professional skills through the design and implementation of a digital alternative that allows to keep an order and internal traceability within the processes developed in the operational area of the company.
