Resumen
The current searching had as objetive to establish the relationship between the Burnout Syndrome and the suicidal ideation in the care staff of Departamental Hospital of Villavicencio ESE; for this, we used the cuantitative searching, with non-experimental design, cross-sectional design with correlational scope, we will taking as population sample 100 workers belonging to the assistance staff of Departamental Hospital of Villavicencio ESE. To be able to measure variables, we Will use the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) questionnaire and the Positive and Negative Suicidal Ideation Inventory (PANSI). Regarding the análisis of results, Spearman's correlation analysis was performed between the PANSI and each subscale of the PANSI, the PANSI score with emotional exhaustion was 0.482, in the category of
depersonalization it was obtained 0.249 and the correlation with personal accomplishment is -0.341; additionally, a discussion is carried out with those investigations that use the same instruments in health personnel and it is concluded that participants who present high levels of emotional exhaustion have a 48.2% probability of presenting suicidal ideation, those who present a score high on depersonalization have a 24.9% probability of presenting suicidal ideation and those with a low tendency in personal fulfillment have a 34.1% probability of presenting suicidal ideation.
