Dinámica de Inversión Extranjera Directa entre los países miembros de la Alianza del Pacífico

Abstract

The research project aims to analyze the dynamics of foreign direct investment among the member countries of the Pacific Alliance for the period from 2012 to 2018. In ortoder to identify the main productive sectors of the economies of Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru that channel FDI. Two investment figures cataloged as incoming, and outgoing are established for each of the members of the integration. Here you can see the historical background and investment records that have been made during the last 7 years of study. In this sense, we continue with a detailed approach on the entry and exit of Foreign Investment by the member countries of the PA within the Colombian economy. Finally, an analysis is carried out on the behavior of capital flows and the set of existing policies and conditions to promote and attract FDI within the signed agreement.
