Abstract

The following research project proposes the development of an information and analysis system through Excel and modeling through FlexSim of the company Distri Suiza located in the city of Villavicencio in the race 14-2-23 BG ring Abastos neighborhood Cias, which is dedicated to wholesale trade of food products. This company has problems in the management and obtaining of information in the pre-operational area which is taken manually generating large amounts of paperwork, in turn when they require to have it is not possible to obtain some specific information quickly since they have to search in the filing cabinets until they find it and this can take a long time limiting the obtaining of information quickly timely and effective, in turn do not have a system or a model that allows them to have a real visualization of the company, with an adequate information system will allow the company to know about the performance of the different areas which will allow an optimization in their processes and give immediate solutions to different scenarios that are presented to them, In the same way, modeling in FlexSim is very important for the development and optimization of a project, as well as for the definition of the processes in the company, the development of this project will be carried out by visiting the company in order to know how it is distributed for the most assertive modeling of the company and to know the necessary data for the information system to be developed, with the data obtained a respective analysis of the situation of the pre-operational area of the Swiss Distri company will be carried out,This project will have a stipulated duration of 4 months its total completion, the budget will require the licenses of FlexSim and office, transport, computer equipment and the person who performs the activities from which the most updated values will be taken to the current date. Also looking for the solution to their pain points that are at this time logistics and manufacturing problems.
