        Resumen
        BodyTech as a Sports Medical Club, is a centralized company that has offices in Latin America from Colombia, Chile and Peru. Its main purpose is to promote the proper use of free time through physical exercise for the benefit of people at any stage of development in which is found through the development of various prevention, strengthening and rehabilitation programs. Perhaps one of the most significant events over time has been the growth as a brand in not only Colombia but also to expand in other countries. The popularity of BodyTech is attributed to the fact of finding a need that many people had and that did not have much offer at the time, the fact of being able to live well and better, the key of this company has focused on providing the client with what needs. BodyTech is the most prominent sports medical club in Colombia due to its excellent performance, in the implementation of tools and strategies to diversify the brand, but not everything has been fervor, due to the fact that there have been seasons where exogenous and endogenous factors have harmed the financial areas of the company. The main purpose of preparing this Prospective Plan is to identify possible future scenarios in the activation of new offices in Latin America and to avoid or counteract the unfavorable effects that may arise over time.
