        Resumen
At present, the companies of the different economic sectors are going through a moment of great complexity, since the sanitary and regulatory conditions of the country have affected the regular attendance of all the collaborators to the physical facilities of the organization, for such reason, they have had to resort to the modality of teleworking, which remarkably has constituted a challenge for the multiple functional areas and the processes of decision making at strategic, tactical and operative level, reason for which the present investigation has as object to realize a descriptive and correlational analysis of the inherent elements to the mentioned construct from the optics of the collaborator, contemplating as population the inhabitants in productive age of Bucaramanga. For this purpose, a Likert scale survey was used under a quantitative approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional and correlational design. The results indicate that the most favorable elements are the planning and organization of work, and the fulfillment of work goals; likewise, statistical differences are found with respect to the sociodemographic variable of gender in the dimensions of skills, aptitudes and knowledge. In this context, companies should carry out specific analyses by position level, with the purpose of validating their autonomy, without mitigating the cohesion and scope necessary for the success and survival of the company.
