Abstract

This report details the trajectory of the business practice, its main objective is to apply the knowledge acquired from the training as a future professional in International Business for the execution of tasks and practical activities inherent to the study area in the company Synaptek S.A.S, with a view to the materialization of the internationalization processes, the specific objectives that are developed by fulfilling the functions initially highlighted by the company are also detailed. Additionally, the profile of Synaptek S.A.S. is exposed, where the components of the organizational culture are found, as well as its organization chart and product portfolio, a microeconomic and macroeconomic analysis is also shared, supported by matrices and other tools used in the exercise of practice done by the student. Finally, a protocol is delivered to the company as a contribution for the management of technical requirements of international clients, which generates a structural impact on the company and brings benefits to the end client
