Diseño de un proyecto de vivienda de interés social para el barrio Girardot del sector centro en la ciudad de Bucaramanga

Abstract

This project proposes the design of housing units of social interest, located in the Girardot neighborhood in the city of Bucaramanga, its purpose is to propose flexible spaces that through two stages allow the continuous improvement of habitability conditions, where the spatial distribution of the interior of the house can be adapted according to the needs of the users and to the variation in the number of people per family. Based on an analysis of the current technical and legal regulations that allow us to define the spatial requirements, to propose a house in optimal conditions for families; The qualities of the families in the sector were also considered, in order to identify their needs and spatial requirements more accurately. Through the analysis of the population that currently inhabits the impact area, it was possible to observe that it is composed of a diverse social fabric, finding in them family nuclei made up mostly of mothers who are heads of household and polynuclear families (several nuclei of families within the same house), which makes it necessary for this project to provide effective solutions so that the housing unit is a tool for the progress of families who use Social Interest Housing projects.
