The objective of this systematic review is to determine the relationship between choleric aggression and anger, with sports performance; based on 16 articles extracted from databases, primary, such as (scopus, proquest, google academic), where two criteria of eligibility, and three exclusion criteria, to guide the selection process of articles to studies that will contribute to the fulfillment of the objective of the present investigation. to consolidate the feasibility and validity of the information, a flowchart was implemented, which allowed recognize the stages of the search process and the number of articles in each stage, then
made a quality control list taking into account the relevance and contribution of each study In the research, to avoid the risk of information bias, a modification to the PEDro Scale, in order to identify the importance and relevance of the selected articles, a risk of bias assessment was also performed for each of the the articles implemented in the investigation. The sixteen articles were made at the level international where a large part of the studies highlighted the importance of states emotions in sport; eight studies are experimental investigations which conclude that the proper use of emotional states provides benefits to athletes. The limitation of the eight experimental studies was the intervention time, which corresponds to less than 8 weeks, therefore, they did not have the intervention time required to achieve an improvement in sports performance. Anger and choleric aggression bring benefits to the improvement of sports performance, in the same way that the proper use and management of these Emotional states will allow said benefits to be achieved by the athlete.
