Resumen
The Cafam Family Compensation Fund is listed as one of the most important companies in the Recreation Sector, being a pioneer in this area, with the creation of the Recreation Sub-Directorate for more than 25 years. Currently, the following organization chart segmentation is evident: Sub-directorate of Social Services - Recreation and Hospitality Division - Department of Recreational and Sports Centers, which in turn is comprised of various areas of the sports sector, including the so-called Exercise Area and wellness.
The objective of this work is to develop a prospective strategic plan for the area from 2024 to 2028, which allows to improve the internal processes of the area, making it more competitive in the current and future market. The Exercise and Wellness Area currently has a broad portfolio of services at the business level and individual segment within which activities such as: Tournaments and events, Consulting and Business Wellness are carried out.
In the course of the period between 2024 and 2028, the area is expected to generate a large number of innovative and competitive services, such as activities that involve augmented reality, AI, sports in artificial settings, virtual activities with greater development and precision, positioning itself in the market as the best in the development of services and recreational-sports programs.
With the intervention and analysis of the prospective plan for the Exercise and Well-being Area, it will be possible to show which aspects affect the projection of the service portfolio.
