Abstract

The objective of this final report is to document my experiences in the professional practices carried out in the company Parex Resources from March 16, 2023, to July 16 of the same year. The purpose of these internships is to comply with the manifest requirement in the Santo Tomás University's policies to choose and complete the degree option within the University's portfolio. During this time, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge in international business, particularly in the area of international marketing, in the context of the sale and procurement of crude oil and gas. Through this experience, I have obtained a deeper understanding of the process of negotiation and acquisition of energy resources at an international level, which has enriched my academic training and professional preparation.
