dc.description.abstractThe organisational climate at companies is a factor which describes the relations in that working field, that is the reason why this study will navigate through the different conceptualizations and definitions surrounding the administrative theory in the middle of the 20th century. Within this framework a study case for the company Fixtter S.A.S located in Bogotá is proposed, by developing a methodology that collects information in the different company scenarios in a qualitative form. The result of this case study shows the company´s ability to adapt itself to different variables that positively affect the relation between the different agents who share workspaces.
