The main objective of the research is to show the impact generated in the welfare of workers by the modality of working at home in the company Marcas Vitales BMV, due to the health contingency plan that was triggered in Colombia by the entry and spread of the coronavirus that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome (COVID - 19) due to its pandemic potential. Following the parameters established in the regulatory framework established by the national government aligned with the guidelines established by the World Health Organization "WHO", the company Marcas Vitales implemented the modality of working at home as an alternative for the development of its commercial activities, generating a negative impact on the welfare of its workers due to the omission of some requirements demanded for this purpose in Law 1221 of 2008 and Decree 884 of 2012. Through the realization and analysis of surveys to workers of the company Marcas Vitales BMV, it is intended to identify the factors that are playing against the welfare that generate loads of anguish, anxiety, stress and affectation in their family, work and social environment.
