dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research is to create a Workplace Wellness Program that improves the quality of life and promotes the good job performance of the employees of Summerhill School S.A.S educational institution. To accomplish this, research was conducted on the importance of generating value through well­being in organizations, and the specific and group needs of employees regarding well­being were identified in order to understand the impact on their work, personal, and family life, as well as their influence on institutional loyalty and employee attrition. Surveys and individual interviews were conducted to gather necessary information about employees' knowledge of wellness programs, their perception of them, their needs and preferences in activities and compensation methods. This information served as input for the creation of a tailored wellness program for the institution.
