dc.description.abstractIn the present work we are going to study the implementation of the welfare area of the company Employee Fund of the National Savings Fund, since the employees of this company do not have this area or a benefit plan, we are going to develop a benefits which is affordable for the company and very beneficial for employees. Additionally, we will analyze the priorities that employees have, and according to this, look for alternatives for the wellbeing of them and their family group. From the wellbeing of the collaborators, we intend to seek greater performance and productivity for the company, since if the collaborators are physically and emotionally well, they will perform better in their functions and there will be a greater optimization of time. Starting from this scoop, we are going to pass the project to the company so that this area can be implemented. The purpos of which is the wellbeing of the worker and good working conditions and better profits for the company, which means a winwin for both parties.
