dc.description.abstractKnowledge management in organizations is a fundamental aspect for growth internal but at the same time it is a little studied and used factor, the present investigation delves into the impact that can be generated by the use and exploitation of the knowledge that the organizations; can be defined as the evolution of the necessary competencies within a position and/or “Upskilling” profile, and the recycling and preparation of a person to develop a task for which he has soft skills "Reskilling".
