dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this project is to study and implement a telephony solution economical, scalable and highly available, for managing unified communications internal and external, which allows to meet the real needs of the Bogota company Alo Scren LTDA, in this area. For this, an exhaustive study of alternatives and solutions was carried out. in the market and Issabel was chosen as the base PBX platform, because it is a free software and easy scaling. The server was implemented in infrastructure in the cloud and its access is through NAT to the public IP, the local solution is interconnected with the public network switched PSTN. Once the local PBX solution has been implemented and interconnected with the PSTN, it is designed and integrated into the solution interactive audio response service with database query using as key the client's NIT, in order to respond intuitively and efficiently to requests and requirements, which are generated by telephone. The integration of the different PBX services provides a stable and optimal platform for the management of unified communications in the company, which allows the connection of users remote and local, adding value to the company in terms of cost factors and quality of service.
