dc.description.abstractThe goal of the present work is to evaluate the level of satisfaction and feeling of belonging of the employees of the Villa de Leyva - San Miguel recreational and convention center. For this purpose, the opinion of 30% of the company's collaborators is taken as the main source, through a survey of our own design and where the perception of the collaborators with respect to several relevant aspects for the analysis would be identified. It was generally identified that the collaborators identify with the objectives of the organization and consider that their remuneration is adequate, however, they do not identify spaces in the organization to be heard, as well as unsatisfactory rest times.
