dc.description.abstract | CSR Corporate Social Responsibility is identified as a process between all parties, which
implies that the benefits are mutual, leading people to a culture where their personal development
gives them the motivation to meet the objectives set. The authorities should encourage more and
more effectively the implementation of ethical and socially responsible governance models.
Authors like Davis; “They consider that companies should take into consideration issues that go
beyond the “narrow economic, technical and legislative requirements of the company”. This
research was carried out based on a descriptive or qualitative study, identifying the needs and
variables from the findings of people's opinions through the tools of work tables, tabulation of
responses to selection surveys. What we hope for companies with a CSR toolbox is that, by
providing wellbeing,
incentives and benefits to employees, it generates motivated collaborators
who belong and are linked to companies within longterm
life projects. When analyzing the results,
we verify that the social responsibility of a company goes beyond the internal limits and that its
decisions affect several external groups, such as the family, community, city and country. These
results showed the preferences in terms of benefits on the part of the employees, as well as the
shortcomings that the consortium presents in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility | |
