dc.description.abstractThe objective of this document is to offer the bases to promote the instruction of soft skills within the comprehensive training of the business administrator, seeking answer how the Agustiniana University can contribute to the development of said skills to through the professional career in business administration, taking into account the impact that had the COVID-19 pandemic in the models of work and professional work, based on the analysis of the skills that the business administrator adapted to face the crisis, in to maintain the productivity and efficiency of the companies where they worked, highlighting those skills that are strengthened by achieving a balance between knowing how to do and knowing how to be, and also in parallel, reviewing and evaluating the curricula of different universities Colombians, corroborating the importance, relevance and academic weight that the institutions give soft skills in the training of their future business administrators, to finally, based on the previously analyzed, propose to the Uniagustiniana a plan that allows you to integrate into your curriculum activities that develop soft skills in students. business administrators in training
