dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this work was to propose to the company a new model of labor welfare that allows improving the quality of life at work of the collaborators of the company Servicios Complementarios en Logística SAS, for this purpose a survey focused on the measurement of the Organizational Climate was used as a measurement tool to have the perception of the living conditions of the workers and also to inquire about the needs, tastes and preferences of each of the members of the company.
