Detalhamento e avaliação da execução de um pavilhão em concreto pré-moldado em Santa Maria-RS

Abstract

In the face of a dynamic context where markets are more competitive markets, the implementation of new technologies concerning the Civil Construction becomes essential. The structures, besides being reliable and functional, are in need of being executed quickly. From this perspective, precast concrete system has been excelling in the industrial and commercial enterprise field and soon will achieve space in the residential projects. Therefore, in order to go deep into the acquaintance of this constructive system methodology, it is necessary to focus on the manufacturing of the precast structural elements, analyzing the preliminary technical processes and to value the structure building, as well as exposing the advantages and disadvantages of this methodology. With these goals, hereby this Final Paper, it was analyzed the construction of a Precast Concrete Pavilion located in the city of Santa Maria-RS. Therefore, basing on this enterprise it was meticulously detailed every step, logistics and execution, since the manufacturing the elements until the conclusion of the whole structure. Throughout the progress of the presented work it was possible to analyze the implemented techniques, to note main benefits and latent disadvantages of the system, and so achieving the current goals of this Work.
