Abstract

This Work Completion of course presents the steps of a survey that was developed for the creation of a Archival Management Manual, the company protects. Through an in-depth and experience of academic study on the medical documents produced by the sector of the Polyclinic and sent to the Archive Section, being widely used by the company for its activities, realized the need for this instrument assist document management also promote primary diffusion of the archival concepts and maximize research efficiency. The intention is to demonstrate to employees of other sectors of the company about the importance of the file, the processes performed by this sector to keep organized and preserved documentation, and offer the File Sector as a space for research information. The work is divided into chapters and subchapters, telling the story of the company, while maintaining the focus on key concepts for the construction of this auxiliary tool research. To know these methods, in the form of recommendations and concepts of authors in the area, we created this manual in analog support, which can be converted to digital format to provide this improvement in archival management. As well as collaborate in spreading the Archivology and contribute to the research of efficiency and access to information from these medical documents.
