This study aims to identify in positivist religion aspects that will characterize it as a religion from the thought of Durkheim for the synthesis of what defines religion in his work on the elementary forms of religious life. The work will address the positivist religion idealized by Comte from the documentary analysis of the author's writings that are still used in the sociocratic cults that happen weekly in the only temple of humanity that remains in activity. A research will be carried out with the aid of the fieldwork in addition to the documentary and theoretical analysis.
