dc.description.abstractAmong the causes associated with the variability in the mean wind velocity required for the transition of regimes in the stable boundary layer (SBL) in differente sites, are local characteristics of the experimental site, such as surface roughness length, surface radiation balance and thermal properties of the soil. Most studies analyse the influence of these parameters on the transition of regimes in the stable boundary layer either uses models or analyzes each of the external parameters separately. Thus, the present study proposes to identify which external parameters control the regime transition in SBL.
