dc.description.abstractThe ever-changing business world of work has led to a deterioration of workers' mental health. Professionals face daily challenges such as constant productivity demands, violence and harsh working conditions. This context objectify a reason for motivates the objectives of this study, which seeks to understand the relationship between internal communication and its role in promoting the health and well-being of employees. To accomplish this matter an exploratory case study approach was adopted based on a bibliographic survey. The subject of this study is the campaign "Yellow September: #breakotaboo & #breakosilence" organized by the company HCC Energia Solar for its "employees". As a result, the working environment and the employees' perception of the company improved significantly, besides and employees were more willing to discuss mental health issues and offer mutual support. Workers, on the other hand, expressed the need to continue the company's actions on the topic. In the end, it is concluded that internal communication used to promote mental health can bring benefits to both professionals and organizations, resulting in a more productive and healthy work environment.
