Projeto terapêutico singular: percepção dos profissionais de saúde mental

Abstract

The Health Reform and the consequent implementation of the Unified Health System, brought with it the expansion of the concept of health, and with it, the need for new/other care strategies for its better contemplation. The Psychiatric Reform began to incorporate the new concept of health, breaking with the way of looking at and understanding the human experience that was characteristic of the psychiatric rationality of the time. The Singular Therapeutic Project becomes one of the main health care strategies, especially with regard to mental health. Thus, we sought to know the perception of Mental Health professionals about the Singular Therapeutic Project. This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research. Its scenarios are a Psychosocial Care Unit in the hospital context, and a Psychosocial Care Center ad II, in a city in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews, carried out with health professionals Mental. To analyze the collected data, Minayo's Thematic Content Analysis was adopted. The results show that the understanding of the PTS is linked to practices in the context of the services in which the interviewees work, and to the level of care in which they find themselves. It is concluded that the instrument enables a greater degree of resolvability of care. It ensures, through multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and intersectoral action, the integrality and equity of care for the assisted user, in addition to being characterized as a strategy of resistance against the setbacks imposed by new public policies on psychosocial care.
