The article is the result of an action research that aims to look at the educational processes that occur in the Temple of Candomblé of worship of Òrìṣà referred to as Ílé àṣẹ ìyá omin òrun, popularly called Ẹgbẹ́ Ọṣun, led by Ìyá Olòrìṣà Silvia de Ọṣun, a black woman, mother and peripheral. The Candomblé of Ketu tradition, as it is referred to here in the diaspora, descends from the Yorùbá people, in the present Nigeria. As educational processes we understand practices that collaborate in the formation of the subject in society that occur through formal education, informal education and non-formal education. The educational processes of an Afrikan cult community are circular practices that begin from a perception of the world itself. This research used the methodology of bibliographic research, field diary registration and the documentary register of a letter written by Ìyá Olòrìṣà Silvia de Ọṣun, with emphasis on direct systematic participant observation and unsystematic direct participant observation.
