A população mundial iniciou um processo de conscientização ambiental e busca por produtos com uma abordagem mais verde. O Eco-Design é uma das principais práticas na confecção de produtos ambientalmente corretos que influencia o processo produtivo dentro da cadeia de suprimentos, incluindo a Logística Reversa – prática exigida pela legislação brasileira em determinados segmentos de mercado. Neste artigo, realiza-se uma pesquisa teórica sobre a união dos termos logística reversa e o eco-design com o objetivo de buscar afinidade existente entre os termos na literatura. O método utilizado foi a revisão de literatura por meio de uma busca em bases de dados com palavras-chave pré-determinadas. Dentre os resultados, destaca-se inexpressividade na sinergia existe entre os termos eco-design e logística reversa. Elaborou-se uma proposta de classificação dessas práticas verdes na cadeia de suprimentos verde estabelecendo um sistema de afinidade entre elas.The world population has initiated an environmental awareness process and is looking for products with a greener approach. Eco-Design is one of the main practices in the manufacture of environmentally correct products that influence the production process within the supply chain, including Reverse Logistics - a practice required by Brazilian legislation in certain market segments. In this article, a theoretical research about the union of the terms reverse logistics and the eco-design is carried out with the objective to search for existing affinity between the terms in the literature. The method used was to review the literature through a search in databases with predetermined keywords. Among the results, there is an inexpressiveness in the synergy between the terms eco- design and reverse logistics. A proposal was made to classify these green practices in the green supply chain by establishing a system of affinity between them.
