dc.description.abstract | Requirements Engineering is an area within Software Engineering that is primarily concerned with ensuring that the objectives for which software is developed are satisfactorily met at the end of product creation. It is necessary that the professional that works in Requirements Engineering has the ability to raise, change and validate requirements to ensure that at the end of the development cycle the software meets the requested requirements. The development industry indicates that newcomers do not have the practical knowledge that is expected to be able to act as a requirement engineer, a factor influencing this assertion is how Requirements Engineering is taught in graduations in the area of computing, often taught through a traditional approach to teaching. In this context, this work aims to contribute with the teaching of Requirements Engineering with a proposal of teaching approach that makes use of student-focused strategies for the development of skills expected by the industry. To create the approach, the competencies were identified through CMMI-DEV. The results obtained are analyzed so that it is possible to identify what can be improved in the approach. | |
