O objetivo deste trabalho é divulgar o processo de aprendizagem empírica da construção de ocarinas1. A fundamentação vem da leitura de livros, artigos e demais trabalhos que nortearam a apresentação e análise dos dados, coletados durante o processo de produção dos protótipos das ocarinas. Os primeiros protótipos não produziam som em toda a sua extensão, porque a altura do lábio do instrumento não estava proporcional a saída do canal de ar. Ao longo de três meses, conseguimos produzir três protótipos totalmente funcionais, com boa produção sonora em toda sua extensão e afinação estável. Desse modo, podemos concluir que é possível a produção em série dos três protótipos funcionais produzidos até agora. The objective of this work is to disseminate the empirical learning process of the construction of ocarinas. The reasoning comes from the reading of books, articles and other works that guided the presentation and analysis of the data, collected during the production process of the ocarinas prototypes. The first prototypes did not produce sound throughout its length, because the height of the instrument lip was not proportional to the air channel's output. Over the course of three months, we were able to produce three fully functional prototypes, with good sound production throughout and stable tuning. In this way, we can conclude that it is possible to serialize the production of the three functional prototypes produced so far.
