El objetivo de este trabajo de investigaci?n se bas? en conocer el estado o salud de un suelo en un agroecosistema del municipio de Ibagu?, Tolima donde fue necesario estudiar variables bioqu?micas como la actividad ure?sica y la respiraci?n basal el cual son propiedades sensibles a los cambios que se dan en el entorno. Se realizaron seis muestreos (para cubrir las dos ?pocas clim?ticas, temporada lluviosa y seca) en tres componentes diferentes: caf? convencional, policultivo y un bosque en conservaci?n. Las muestras recolectadas se procesaron para estudiar las propiedades principales (respiraci?n basal y actividad ure?sica) y otras para propiedades como ?l (pH y el porcentaje de humedad), como resultado se obtuvo que el bosque en conservaci?n consigui? los valores m?s altos en las dos propiedades de estudio y en las dos ?pocas clim?ticas al tener mejores condiciones ambientales y estar lejos de la intervenci?n humana, mientras que, el policultivo y el caf? convencional sus valores no fueron demasiado relevantes al estar directamente relacionadas con los cambios en su entorno y las actividades antr?picasThe objective of this research work was based on knowing the state or health of the soil in an agroecosystem of the municipality of Ibagu?, Tolima where it was necessary to study biochemical variables such as ureasic activity and basal respiration which are the characteristics sensitive to changes that occur in the environment. Six samples (to cover the two climatic seasons, rainy and dry season) were treated in three different components: conventional coffee, polyculture and a forest in conservation. The collected samples are processed to study the main properties (basal respiration and ureasic activity) and others for properties like him (pH and the percentage of humidity), as a result the forest is obtained in the conservation of the highest values in the two properties of study and in the two climatic periods to have better environmental conditions and be far from human intervention, while polyculture and conventional coffee their values were not too important to be directly related to changes in their environment and anthropic activities .
