H?bitat V, es una Comunidad Urbana, Residencial y de Coworking para los nuevos profesionales en Ibagu? que nace de la iniciativa de construir ciudades menos depredadoras, incluyentes y productivas. El proyecto urbano y arquitect?nico se genera con el fin de implementar un desarrollo sostenible a trav?s de sus dimensiones social, econ?mica y ambiental con el prop?sito de mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de un contexto espec?fico y tambi?n de los usuarios nuevos que vendr?n debido a las oportunidades que ofrece la mixtura de vivienda, espacios acad?micos, laborales y de recreaci?n en un punto estrat?gico de Ibagu?. Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de confrontar una de las principales problem?ticas de agobian a la ciudad que es el alto ?ndice de desempleo en j?venes, espacios articulados de convivencia y la falta de oportunidades para la adquisici?n de la experiencia en el mercado laboral. Este modelo busca ser replicable debido a que la problem?tica no es solo a nivel municipal, sino que, a su vez, afecta de igual manera a muchas otras regiones del pa?s.Co ?
