Las mujeres de zona rural como lo es la sociedad ASMUIRCO (Asociaci?n de Mujeres de Irco, del corregimiento el Lim?n del municipio de Chaparral-Tolima) la cual est? conformada por Mujeres V?ctimas del Conflicto Armado Interno Colombiano y son discriminadas por el hecho de ser rurales, mujeres y v?ctimas. El trabajado de grado fue un proyecto de investigaci?n basado en una Pol?tica P?blica del Gobierno Nacional inclusiva y de gran importancia como lo es: ?La Implementaci?n de las Rutas Integrales de Empleo Rural y Urbano en el Sur del Tolima?; el cual fue avalado por el Convenio diez veintis?is (1026) del a?os dos mil trece 2013, suscrito con la Gobernaci?n del Departamento del Tolima, proyectos de formalizaci?n laboral y auto empleabilidad, que se materializo con la colaboraci?n de: El Ministerio de Trabajo, Las Cajas De Compensaci?n Familiar (Comfatolima), Agencias P?blicas de Empleo, El Sena, la Gobernaci?n del Tolima, La Universidad de Ibagu?, Zoon Politikon y el Semillero de Derecho Laboral ?Thesaurus?, por ello con este trabajo se decidi? aportar nuestros conocimientos, apoyar, asesorar y guiar a las personas que pueden tener grandes oportunidades laborales en el sector rural, lo cual se torna como una gran responsabilidad social, personal y laboral.Rural women such as the society ASMUIRCO (Association of Women of Irco, the corregimiento el Lim?n of the municipality of Chaparral-Tolima) which is made up of Women Victims of the Colombian Internal Armed Conflict and are discriminated by the fact of being rural , women and victims. University, Zoon Politikon and Hotbed of labor law Th?saurus why this work it was decided to bring our knowledge, support , advise and guide people who may have great job opportunities in the rural sector, which becomes a great social, personal and labor responsibility.
