El presente trabajo de investigaci?n recopila los resultados obtenidos del plan de trabajo para el control de los riesgos asociados a las actividades en el centro de formaci?n y entrenamiento en alturas de la empresa FIH INSTRUCTORES Y FACILITADORES LTDA., ubicada en la ciudad de Ibagu?, Tolima. Se tuvo como referente principal, la versi?n del 2012 de la GTC-45 expedida por el Instituto Colombiano de Normas T?cnicas y Certificaci?n (ICONTEC), luego de identificar algunas inconformidades a trav?s de un proceso de auditor?a interna que utiliza los par?metros establecidos por la NTC-6072 del 2014. Dicho plan de trabajo incluy? adem?s de la identificaci?n y valoraci?n de peligros y riesgos, la actualizaci?n del plan de emergencias y evacuaci?n, y el programa de inspecci?n y mantenimiento, luego de unas intervenciones f?sicas realizadas en las instalaciones de la empresa. Esto, con el fin de realizar los ajustes necesarios para que se cumpla a cabalidad con los requerimientos legales establecidos a su vez, por la Resoluci?n 1178 de 2017 y el Decreto 1072 de 2015.This research work compiles the results obtained from the work plan for the control of the risks associated with the activities at the FIH INSTRUCTORES Y FACILITADORES LTDA. training centre, located in the city of Ibagu?, Tolima. This plan included, the identification and assessment of hazards and risks, the updating of both, the emergency and evacuation plan and the inspection and maintenance programme, after physical interventions at the company?s facilities.
